This recipe was accidentally discovered by Carmelisa from our Marketing Team when she intended to make a regular Sparkling Pineapple Matcha, but didn’t have sparkling water handy.
Her solution? Raspberry White Claw®.
As the late Bob Ross would say, “There are no mistakes, only happy accidents.”
Prep time: 10 min
Here's what you'll need:
2 12-oz Raspberry White Claw® Hard Seltzers
(sub with sparkling water if you’d prefer a non-alcoholic beverage)
Pineapple Puree
¼ cup pineapple chunks
¼ cup sugar or sweetener of choice
½ cup warm water
Matcha Shot
1 tsp Junbi matcha
2 oz water
Makes two servings.
